the perfect pair

the ask:

create a new way to ‘masterclass’ for a swiss chocolate brand, fostering deeper brand engagement for a hnwi and corporate audience.

the context:

athena (founder of aimer) had identified a unique overlap between a premium cognac brand and swiss chocolate brand, Läderach: both had core product range with differing complexities in terms of notes and intensity of flavour.

the solution:

IN 2024, SHE PITCHED A PROGRAMME TO REINVENT THE WAY FRISCHSCHOGGI – THE SWISS CHOCOLATE BRAND’S CORE PRODUCT – WAS EXPERIENCED. Driven by the philosophy that thoughtful indulgence is a universal language, SHE PITCHED ‘THE PERFECT PAIR’ TO BOTH BRANDS, CREATING AN EXPERIENTIAL OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE THE HERITAGE AND STORY OF BOTH LEGACY BRANDS AND HIGHLIGHT THEIR ARTISANAL QUALITIES WHEN CONSUMING THEM.

THE STRATEGIC BRAND PROGRAMMING LAUNCHED IN MARCH THE NEXT YEAR – WHERE Läderach BROUGHT THEIR OWN SINGApore brand owner – rachel – together with hennessy’s southeast asian brand manager, bryan – to co-host a guided pairing activation.

Through this coordinated approach, guests were guided stage-by-stage through specific tasting and pouring rituals designed to highlight the complementary, contrasting, and synergistic combinations of FrischSchoggi and fine cognac. This hands-on brand ambassador management ensured that every aspect of the tasting felt highly curated, allowing participants to fully nose, taste, and smell the products while discovering the shared values of craftsmanship behind both houses.

To anchor the live event in a long-term digital narrative, I executed a comprehensive content deck documenting the programme’s story and priority values – bridging the gap between luxury and edutainment.

this live experiential luxury and strategic storytelling amplification successfully deepened consumer appreciation for both brands, establishing “The Perfect Pair” as the definitive benchmark for luxury gastronomic collaborations for Läderach.
